A more aggressive plan is needed to grow cactus crop in India, said Dr. S Ayyappan, Director General, ICAR, New Delhi.While addressing the Inaugural session of two day International Workshop on ‘Cactus crop to improve the rural livelihoods and to adapt to climate change in the arid and semi-arid regions of India the Director General said.
